W2 and 1099 options are available. Responsibilities include direct interactions with clients, assessing damage, providing estimates, and collaborating with the production team. Experience requirements include proven success in sales (ideally in roofing, solar, or service-related industries), residential roofing sales experience (ideally in both insurance and retail), prior door-to-door roofing sales experience is highly preferred, 3+ years of outside sales experience, the ability to climb a ladder to inspect roofing shingles, and experience in customer service and conflict resolution. A valid driver's license is required. This role primarily works out of the Greater St. Louis area, but has the freedom to sell anywhere in Florida or Missouri as opportunities arise.
