The company has a team of 51-200 employees and has been named one of the fastest-growing private companies in the Bay Area. 2B Living, Inc. is currently hiring for three on-site Maintenance Technician positions. * **Maintenance Technician (San Francisco):** This role offers a salary of $30 - $34 USD per hour. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing common property, as well as performing in-unit maintenance services. Key responsibilities include general residential work orders, patching and painting, electrical and plumbing repairs, carpentry, material procurement, preventive maintenance, and emergency response. This position is located in San Francisco/East Bay. * **Maintenance Technician (South Bay):** This role offers a salary of $30 - $34 USD per hour. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing common property, as well as performing in-unit maintenance services.
