About this role
AtoB is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own end-to-end product design for our fintech platform in a fast-growing startup environment. You’ll partner closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams to turn ambiguous problems into clear, user-centered solutions, driving craft and product thinking as the sole designer.
What youll do
- Take ambiguous problem areas and turn them into simplified, user-centric solutions for our fintech platform.
- Take ownership of the entire design process, from initial concept and user research to final execution and iteration.
- Work closely with the CEO, product management, and engineering to make pragmatic tradeoffs and ship features quickly.
- Design clear, logical, and intuitive user flows for both web and mobile-responsive products.
- Lead the design function as the sole designer, championing product thinking and a high standard of craft.
- Challenge and refine assumptions to ensure we are solving the right problems for our customers.
What AtoB is looking for
- 6-8 years of product design experience in fast-paced startup environments (Series A–C).
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Generalist with experience across the full design stack (UI/UX, usability testing, research) and end-to-end product ownership.
- Experience shipping products quickly and collaborating with senior stakeholders, including the CEO.
- Experience designing mobile and desktop products.
- Portfolio demonstrating a strong grasp of design principles.
- Experience as a sole or founding designer.
- Experience in fintech, payments, or other complex systems.
- Strong CS fundamentals or equivalent problem-solving skills; formal education in design is not strictly required.
