About this role
What we're looking for?
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer with 6-8 years of experience, particularly in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments. You should be a strong generalist, comfortable taking ambiguous problems and driving them end-to-end from research to polished, high-fidelity designs. A track record of shipping products quickly and collaborating effectively with senior stakeholders, including the CEO, is essential.
What you'll do:
- Take ambiguous problem areas and turn them into simplified, user-centric solutions for our fintech platform.
- Take ownership of the entire design process, from initial concept and user research to final execution and iteration.
- Work closely with the CEO, product management, and engineering to make pragmatic tradeoffs and ship features quickly.
- Design clear, logical, and intuitive user flows for both web and mobile-responsive products.
- Lead the design function as the sole designer, championing product thinking and a high standard of craft.
- Challenge and refine assumptions to ensure we are solving the right problems for our customers.
