Toyota Insurance Management Solutions, including its affiliates Connected Analytic Services and Advanced Connectivity (collectively “TIMS”) is a joint venture between Aioi Nissay Dowa Insurance Services, USA (AIS), Toyota Financial Services International Corp., and Toyota Connected, USA. The vision of TIMS is to help Toyota empower drivers with their driving data for a safer, more enjoyable life. Our objective is to sell and service innovative auto insurance products to Toyota and Lexus owners with a specific focus on telematics-enabled, usage based insurance (UBI). TIMS is part of Toyota’s global transformation from an automotive company to a mobility company, enabling a safer driving experience through data and connectivity. During our initial start-up, new hires are selected by the TIMS team, onboarded as AIS employees and seconded to work at TIMS.
