Toyota Insurance is a brand name of Toyota Insurance Management Solutions USA, LLC (TIMS). We are an independent agency specializing in property and casualty insurance for Toyota vehicle owners. We offer insurance through our trusted carrier partners to provide coverage for your Toyota vehicle, home and other assets. Our mission is to improve the Toyota ownership experience by improving the insurance experience.

 

 What will you do:

  • Toyota Insurance is looking for a Licensed Insurance Agent to work in our Beaver Toyota dealership located in Cumming, Georgia. You will be responsible for prospecting new customers for home, auto, and other personal line products as well as meeting with referral contacts to generate new business in our illustrious dealership
  • As a Licensed Insurance Agent, you will serve our Point of Sales customers in the dealership.

 

Essential Job Functions: 

  • You'll assess client’s unique situations and recommend insurance plans that provide optimal protection.
  • You'll leverage our proven approach to ensure clients not only get the right coverage but also experience exceptional service throughout the process.
  • You'll actively connect with current and potential clients, fostering trust and loyalty through clear communication and follow-up.
  • You'll be an integral part of our dealership's full-service commitment, collaborating with colleagues to deliver a seamless experience for everyone.
  • You'll proactively seek out new opportunities through phone outreach, networking, and other lead generation strategies.

 

Required Education and Experience: 

  • Requires a valid Georgia Property & Casualty insurance license.
  • Minimum of 4 years of insurance sales experience required.
  • High School Graduate. College degree preferred, but not required.
  • Interact with others effectively by utilizing good communication skills, cooperating purposefully, and providing information and guidance, as needed, to achieve the business goals of the company.

Compensation:

  • $50,000-$100,000+ based on skills and sales experience (This role offers a base salary of $50,000 with an uncapped commission structure. Top performers have the potential to earn a total compensation package of $100,000 or more)


Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

Onsite: 11:00 AM-8:00 PM, Work a rotating weekend schedule

Location:1875 Buford Hwy, Cumming, GA 30041

Work Environment:

General office/retail environment in automotive dealership. 

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours per day).
  • Frequent use of computer keyboard and mouse with repetitive hand/wrist motions.
  • Visual acuity sufficient to read documents and computer screens for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and carry materials up to 10-15 pounds occasionally (files, supplies, etc.).
  • Ability to walk intermittently on various surfaces including concrete, asphalt, gravel, and potentially uneven terrain.
  • Hearing sufficient to participate in phone calls, meetings and interaction with customers.
  • Ability to reach, bend, and twist occasionally to access equipment (printer).
  • Stamina to maintain energy and professional demeanor during long days, potentially 8-10 hours.
