Hospice of the East Bay

Hospice East Bay has provided compassionate end-of-life services to Contra Costa residents for 35 years, while offering emotional, spiritual, logistical and bereavement support for their families and caregivers.

Our acclaimed in-patient facility, Bruns House, offers privacy and quiet that cannot be found in a hospital, combined with intensive around-the-clock care that cannot be achieved at home.

Hospice East Bay is a not-for-profit organization and accepts all medically qualified patients, regardless of their insurance status or ability to pay.
