Good Life was started by Steve Welty, a San Diego Real Estate Broker and Real Estate investor. Steve started full time in property management in 2008 when he co-owned another property management firm. He sold his share in that company and started Good Life in 2013, with the goal of providing the highest level of customer service and best customer experience in the industry. Steve realized there was a lot the customer wanted as far as services, communication, and transparency, that they were not currently getting. Steve and his team work daily to create client focused solutions to all types of property management and Real Estate related issues. Good Life has a dynamic company culture, based around growing people personally and professionally.
Good Life provides hundreds of hours of ongoing training for their staff every year.
