Family Health Center of Worcester is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of all residents in the Greater Worcester area, especially culturally diverse populations, by providing access to affordable, high quality, integrated, comprehensive, respectful, primary health care and social services, regardless of patients'​ ability to pay.

Family Health Center provides comprehensive family health services at 16 locations including clinical sites in Worcester, Southbridge, and Webster, and WIC nutrition sites in Worcester and Millbury. Family Health Center provides culturally competent health services in 55 languages.

Family Health Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center, meeting the highest standards of quality in the industry. Family Health Center is a National Committee on Quality Assurance Patient Centered Medical Home, Level 3 - the highest standard of coordinated primary care.
