The Building and Site SLM develops and implements process improvements for facilities services to reduce costs and improve site conditions. They manage vendor performance, lead cross-functional groups, and coordinate facilities recovery efforts during crisis situations.
Requires a bachelor's degree or 5 years of related experience, with 4-6 years specifically in facilities or equipment management. Candidates must possess general mechanical knowledge and proven experience in vendor management and budget forecasting.
Job Summary: The Building and Site SLM is responsible for working with the Facilities Department to develop and implement process improvements enabling departmental long range plans. The Building and Site SLM manages a proactive and well balanced approach of service quality, service delivery and cost management to execute related services.
