Umami Bioworks is looking for an inquisitive, innovative, and independent Strategy Intern to join our R&D team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is a full-time intern role for a driven individual who thrives at the intersection of science, business, and technology.

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business strategy and scientific breakthroughs
  
• Lead interdisciplinary teams at the intersection of science, business, regulatory affairs, and engineering
  
• Plan, develop, and implement biotech products with customers, ensuring they meet user needs
  
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to commercial launch
  
• Conduct market research, gather users feedback, and analyze the competitive landscape
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver products on time and within budget
  
• Communicate product updates, plans, and progress clearly to internal and external stakeholders
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related technical field
  

• Passion for science and creating and launching new products in market
  
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle, user experience, and market analysis
  
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills
  
• Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills
  
• Capable of collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
