The Support Manager (2IC) is responsible for leading store operations and motivating the team to ensure a seamless customer experience. They report to the Store Manager to drive operational excellence and meet sales and KPI expectations.
Candidates need a minimum of 12 to 24 months of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environments. They must possess strong communication skills and a passion for people and operational effectiveness.

We are looking for experienced and passionate leaders, capable of ensuring smooth and efficient store operations that underpin a seamless customer experience, champions the Superette values and vision, and drives success and engagement in the team.
As a Support Manager, you will report to the Store Manager with the responsibility of engaging and motivating a team, driving operational excellence and delivering on sales and KPI expectations.
You have the opportunity to work across all our amazing brands, providing the ultimate service experience to each and every customer, going above and beyond to ensure they leave looking and feeling their best.
