The Team Captain guides the store team by setting the pace on the floor and providing direction during shifts. They are responsible for staffing, customer service, inventory control, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with 1-2 years of retail experience. The role requires availability for 10-20 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
The Team Captain helps guide the store team by setting the pace on the floor and keeping the team focused and energized. This role provides direction during shifts, supports consistent execution, and helps create an engaging experience for guests and teammates. The Team Captain influences others through example, clear communication, and a strong sense of urgency.

Delivery Results: inventory control, selling strategies
Merchandising: Meets Rally House visual standards; floor moves and merchandising; organizing, game-planning and execution
