Pawsitive Veterinary Care is hiring for a Client Care Representative (Veterinary Receptionist) with a love of animals, a passion for people, and an interest in medicine, growth opportunities, and team dynamics. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills, computer skills, customer service experience, and animal and/or medical experience. The role includes the following duties:
Assisting veterinarians and client with appointments
Organizing, scheduling, and task management
Client communications through phones and electronics
Maintaining veterinary medical records
Maintaining a clean hospital environment
Interacting and handling people's pets with love and attention
Social media management
\nWeekly Hours
5 days/week full-time
Tuesday: 9am - 5pm
Wednesday: 9am - 5:30pm
Thursday: 9am - 5:30pm
Friday: 9am - 5pm
Saturday: 9am - 4pm
Daily lunch breaks with flexibility, minimum 30 minutes up to 1 hour.
