The Technician is primarily responsible for conducting basic vehicle diagnostics and performing routine vehicle repair and maintenance services. This position is expected to deliver exceptional 5 Star service to guests through effective communication of vehicle issues and proposed solutions.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with automotive training or equivalent experience. ASE certification and a valid driver's license are preferred, and candidates must own a basic set of tools.
