Assist with the setup, onsite labor support, and teardown of live events and exhibits. Responsibilities include installing décor, assembling structures, and maintaining a clean, safe worksite.
Must be 18+ with the ability to lift 50+ lbs and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. No prior experience is required as on-the-job training is provided.

We are seeking dependable Events & Exhibits Operational Crew Members to assist with event setup, exhibit installation, décor, onsite labor support, and show teardown, while maintaining safety, quality, and professionalism.
This role is ideal if you’re looking for flexible, on call, or supplemental work, want to learn new skills, or prefer a job where every event is different. No experience is required — we provide training, and you’ll gain valuable experience working alongside experienced crew members on real events. Schedules are event-driven and you pick the shifts you want to do. Some team members join us for flexibility alongside other commitments; others grow into more technical or leadership roles — either path is supported here.
