Guide families through funeral and cremation arrangements while providing compassionate care and professional support. Perform technical duties including embalming, restorative art, and the coordination of all cremation logistics and documentation.
Must be a Licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer in West Virginia or eligible for reciprocity. Requires a valid driver's license and the ability to participate in on-call rotations.

Cremation & Service Coordination
Compliance, Documentation & Operational Support
Community & Relationship Building
Serve as a positive representative of the funeral home within the community.
Develop and maintain professional relationships with clergy, healthcare providers, cemeteries, and community organizations.
Support efforts that strengthen family satisfaction and community trust
