MARKETING MANAGER
Job Overview
We
are seeking a highly organized, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Manager
to orchestrate our marketing operations, brand voice, and growth initiatives.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative storytelling and data-driven performance marketing. You will lead an internal team of creators and analysts,
collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and optimize our marketing
engines to drive measurable brand equity and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Operations & Project Coordination
a. Campaign Execution: Translate marketing objectives into actionable workflows, manage end-to-end campaign timelines, across digital and
offline channels.
b. Process Optimization: Maintain integrated marketing calendars and workflow trackers to optimize team
productivity and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
c. Brand Governance: Enforce strict adherence to brand guidelines, compliance standards,
and internal approval workflows across all marketing outputs.
2. Omni-channel Content & Creative Management
a. Collateral Production: Lead content creators and graphic designers to build compelling, high-converting assets
including website copy, blog articles, case studies, sales presentations, video
assets, SM posts, and mailer campaigns.
b. Editorial Oversight: Review and approve all creative deliverables for quality, consistency, and alignment with our core
market messaging.
3. Growth & Performance Marketing
a. Paid Media Strategy: Design, launch, and manage campaigns across search (SEO/SEM), AEM, paid social, and display networks to build a robust
inbound pipeline.
b. Funnel Optimization: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to content engagement, lead
generation, and campaign effectiveness.
c. Performance Reporting:
Analyze multi-channel campaign data and build clear, comprehensive dashboards with recommendations to continuously optimize marketing spend and strategy.
4. Market Research & Data Analytics
a. Market Intelligence: Work closely with market analysis experts to gather customer insights, competitor intelligence, and industry trends.
b. Insights: Identify opportunities to optimize marketing strategies based on data-driven insights.
5. Corporate Communication (Enhanced Focus)
Manage all corporate communications, press releases, social media announcements, and
internal & external newsletters to protect and elevate the company's brand reputation.
6. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
a. People Management: Direct, mentor, and allocate tasks for a dedicated team of Content Creators, Graphic Designers, and
Market Analysis Specialists.
b. Cross-Functional
Alignment: Coordinate with sales, product, business development, and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with organizational goals, while managing
relationships with external agencies and freelancers.
Required Qualifications & Skills
1. 8-10 years of experience in marketing coordination, campaign management, content marketing, with a proven track record of managing cross-functional
creative teams and driving growth.
2. Bachelor’s or Master's
degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field with strong understanding of content marketing, branding, and digital marketing principles.
3. Strong experience with project management methodologies and tools like Asana, Monday.com, or Trello.
4. Hands-on experience with
marketing automation tools and CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), and a strong familiarity with design platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma).
5. Core Competencies:
Exceptional written and verbal communication, an analytical approach to
decoding marketing data, sharp attention to detail, and top-tier stakeholder management skills.
