The Assistant Shop Manager oversees daily floor operations, ensures customer satisfaction, and manages staff in the absence of the Shop Manager. They are also responsible for performing oil changes, light vehicle maintenance, and maintaining shop cleanliness.
Candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds and maneuver in a 3-foot deep pit while working in various weather conditions. Reliable transportation and a positive attitude are required, though previous experience is valued but not mandatory.
