Role Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist showroom guests with a friendly, professional attitude
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department
• Identify customer needs and connect them with the right team members
• Accurately take and relay messages while maintaining organized communication
• Enter and update customer information in dealership systems
• Support day‑to‑day administrative and front‑desk operations of the dealership

Employee Prerequisites:

• Warm, friendly personality with a passion for providing outstanding customer service
• Confident, professional communication skills in person and over the phone
• Tech‑savvy with strong multitasking abilities (internet, MS Outlook, dealership systems)
• Polished professional appearance with a reliable and positive work ethic
• Bilingual skills are a plus and warmly welcomed
