Lead the delivery of a large-scale hyperscale data center project in Thailand, acting as the Client's representative from construction through handover. Manage project schedules, budgets, quality assurance, and coordination across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
Requires at least 10 years of project management experience with a focus on mission-critical infrastructure or data centers of 20MW+. Must have expertise in FIDIC contracts, Design-Bid-Build models, and experience working within Thailand or Southeast Asia.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee the delivery of a large-scale hyperscale data center project in Thailand. The role will act as the Client’s representative and be responsible for managing the project lifecycle from construction through commissioning and handover.
The Project Manager will ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder coordination, and technical oversight across multidisciplinary teams.
