The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for managing appointments and providing exceptional customer service to patients. They ensure a positive patient experience while maintaining an efficient office schedule.
Candidates must be fluent in both English and Spanish with strong organizational and communication skills. Previous experience in dentistry or orthodontics is preferred but not required.
