Vlada Gurvich

I am a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, human rights, international law, and sustainability. At GRIP (Global Relay Intelligence and Practice), I work as a senior reporter, based in New York, covering North American regulatory compliance initiatives and implications. Throughout my career, I have worked at the intersection of law, sustainability, and business strategy. My work focuses on integrating legal strategy with corporate governance, compliance, and impact-driven business practices. My previous roles include co-founding E.G. Consultancy, where I advised renewable energy firms on corporate compliance and M&A, and serving as a Legal Associate at De Lege Lata, where I focused on risk mitigation, contract negotiation, and investment finance. I hold a Graduate Certificate in International Relations from Harvard Extension School and an LL.M. from Columbia University. I am also pursuing Ph.D. research in International Law at the University of Regensburg and a Ph.D. in Japanese Studies at the University of Zurich. My interdisciplinary background enables me to approach legal and compliance challenges with a global perspective, bridging sustainability, finance, and governance.
