At Thoughtful AI, I lead the creation and implementation of human-grade Revenue Cycle Management AI agents for healthcare providers. Previously, I was a part of a team at Deloitte Consulting that built new businesses and growth offerings. I led all technical work and co-built ConvergeSPORTS from $1M->$XXM in revenue over 18 months. Before that I was part of Deloitte Catalyst's Financial Services Hub, where I developed generalized SaaS products for financial services clients as part of Deloitte's first push toward software license revenue. When I was in client service at Deloitte, I worked as a digital banking software engineer, developing mobile user interfaces and API orchestrations using OutSystems for a large global remittance company. I have served as the PMO for Deloitte's Low-Code/No-Code market offering, supporting pursuits, vendor alliances, technical research, project management, and pricing. Notably, I was the first US employee at Deloitte to become a certified OutSystems developer, contributing to the growth of the market offering from a single FTE to over 300 globally. In college I worked as an early-stage VC investment analyst at Plug and Play, where I conducted sourcing and due diligence on Seed and Series A FinTech, InsurTech, and security startups. During this time, I reviewed approximately 1,000 pitch decks and coordinated sourcing and due diligence efforts with students from 15 top universities across North America, Europe, and Asia.
