Started my career at Michael Page, after 2 years switched to tech as a sales development rep at LinkedIn Dublin. Spent 9 months in SDR org before moving into AE and Senior AE roles for Turkey, Israel, Cyprus, Malta, and Greece. After 2,5 years in new business, moved to the US with LinkedIn to work with our enterprise clients. For the following 5 years, I have worked with the most strategic large enterprise organizations in the US. During my tenure I overachieved every quarter and qualified for presidents club multiple times. After an amazing 8 years at LinkedIn, I was given the opportunity to lead Outbound Sales Dev org at MongoDB, my team supporting some of the largest and most recognized brands in the US. Our team was the top performing team in NAMER in FY '22. At Castor I've built out the BDR function and the team to support the business. Now I'm back to being an individual contributor at Gartner working with technology leaders. What I am passionate about is mentoring and developing a team of sales reps, some of whom may just be starting their own careers in the tech world or been in the industry for a while. I want to be able to pass on the knowledge and experiences (both good and bad) I have learned during my own 12-year journey in sales, by helping to coach, mentor, develop and promote our top talent into becoming successful AE's.
