Luis Alberto Arango Pardo

I am a professional in Systems Engineering, Administration and Finance and I have participated in leading transformation processes and complex projects and other simpler, but equally enriching ones. I enjoy business consulting work where I can give value to my clients, so that after executing a job I achieve their highest esteem and trust. I have been an independent consultant, founder of companies (some failed and others successful), employee of multinational information technology companies, collaborator of Colombian companies and I have had the opportunity to learn about problems in different industries and in several countries (Colombia, Peru, Puerto Rico , Spain, Germany and the United States) I work to achieve a better world, contributing to my clients to achieve their strategic goals, adopt new practices, improve operations and make their customers marvel at their product and service offering. My areas of action are the management of Information Technology projects, the implementation of business solutions and the leadership of portfolios and programs. In consulting I focus on organizational strategies, business processes and performance measurement (OKRs, KPIs), organizational transformation and change, and agile work methodologies. I am a part-time student of Italian and a radio operator at my station HK4R, where I experience the different aspects of amateur radio, I carry out digital and phone communications in the HF, VHF and UHF bands. In the future, I hope to learn from everything I do and give my best.
