"Find a group of people who challenge and inspire you, spend a lot of time with them, and it will change your life." After 4 years of experience in the customer service industry as an agent. I was promoted to team lead due to my excellent performance and organisation skills. Besides, I had worked on various projects. For instance, setting up a help page which provides a great Q&A section for the clients in order to prevent receiving many contacts by asking simple question. Despite the many accomplishments I have achieved in my profession over the past few years, I felt that I wanted to achieve something even better. As I started to become more and more passionate about programming languages after several years working closely with the development team as well as wanted to take my love of troubleshooting error to the next level, so I decided to join the Full-Stack Web Developer Bootcamp in September 2022. I have learnt the differences between frontend and backend langauges from this bootcamps. For instance, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Express, Mongo DB as well as SQL. After 4 months of studying and training, I realised that this is the path I really want to take. I love learning new things and taking on new challenges. Therefore, I am eagle to involve with new projects that can help me to learn or to utilise my skills and knowledge to meet the company's needs.
