About

Hi, I'm Holly. I'm the Cofounder of Brancher - and I'm SO fortunate that I get to live out my dream job each day - helping organisations to better connect, develop and retain their people through the power of mentoring. As an Organisational Psychologist, I use the latest science and technology to keep employees happy, connected, and not eyeing the exit. My background is HR and L&OD. I've had 10+ years experience working in large private enterprise (15,000 FTE), Government, not for profits and start-ups. In 2019, I started Brancher because I wanted to help people realise their potential. I am on a personal mission to make Mondays a little less 'sucky'. I recognised the most effective, scalable and achievable way of doing this was through the power of mentoring.A good mentor can make your day. A great mentor can change your life. The trouble is, finding the ideal mentor is hard. Brancher specialises in evidence-based mentee-mentor connections. We make it easy for organisations to run powerful mentoring programs that promote knowledge sharing, career development and increase employee retention. We help people reach their potential, through the power of mentoring. Our customers tell us they choose us (and choose to stay) because:- We’re the only platform to consider personality and values when matching- We achieve an average 98% match satisfaction- Proven success and guaranteed ROI - Unique Strengths and Values profiles and insights- Platform is “feature rich” with a user friendly “young and fresh” interface- Strongest thought leadership- Full customisation- Responsive and dedicated customer supportIf we share mutual interests, please reach out. I'd love to connect.
