I am a former finance professional with more than 6 years of experience building complex financial models and a personal passion for Software Development, passion that led me to pursue courses in Python, Web Development using the Django Framework (including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Git/GitHub, etc.), as well as Data Science (SQL, Data Visualization and Machine Learning), building websites and performing advanced analyses to practice my newly-acquired skills along the way. I am now looking to combine the problem-solving, logical thinking, communication and teamwork skills I have developed so far in my career with my personal interest in programming by transitioning into a software development role, and I am sure I can add value to any company by being a bridge between the software team and the business, while I continue developing my software skills.
