While most careers begin with a formal degree, mine began with an unscripted film shot on a cellphone and an deep passion for storytelling. At 12, I made my first short film. Since then, storytelling through visuals, words, and emotion—has been at the heart of everything I do. I’m a Computer Science Engineering dropout who pivoted to English Literature, and more importantly, to life in the field. My career began in business consulting, working with an edtech startup and an IT consulting firm, gaining key experience in strategy, communication, and client engagement. But my creative roots pulled me toward journalism and filmmaking. Today, I’m an Automotive Journalist at CarDekho Group, where I’ve authored 500+ content pieces including daily news, feature stories, opinion columns, reels, and car reviews. I’ve covered on-ground experiences like the Mahindra Adventure Great Escape and offsite vehicle testing events, creating stories that fuse technical insight with human emotion.
