About this role

We currently have vacancies for Warehouse Colleagues at the Asda Warehouse in DN6 Doncaster, working rotating days and afters or a permanent night shift any 5 over 7 days, including 50% weekend working, salary £12.70, additional increments for Afters shifts and Nights shift

 The distribution centre provides a dedicated service of delivering a range of products to ASDA distribution centres across the UK. 
40 hours per week
 
How will you contribute?
  • Reporting to Warehouse Line Managers
  • Required to undertake loading, picking and unloading duties which involves lifting of heavy stock/products- lifting up to 20kg and is a repetitive role.
  • To carry out a variety of warehouse duties to include pallet truck operation and mechanical handling equipment
  • To carry out the preparation of store orders accurately, efficiently and to the highest quality level
  • To be responsible for the health and safety of themselves and other operatives by adhering to safe working practices

 
What will you bring?
  • Must be adaptable to assist in all areas of the warehouse with a flexible team-based approach
  • Must be punctual, reliable and committed to achieve daily and weekly KPI's
  • Will have a good eye for detail combined with basic numeracy and literacy skills
  • Warehouse experience would be an advantage, but training will be provided
  • Will be able to work accurately under restricted timescales.
