How you make a difference

The Instructional Design Contractor develops and maintains onboarding curriculum materials for new clinical and non-clinical team members. The role involves designing and managing a web-based portal for storing and accessing training content. This position creates both instructor-led and eLearning materials, including videos, animations, and interactive modules. The contractor partners with subject matter experts to ensure high-quality, engaging, and relevant instructional content. The role requires strong project management and instructional design expertise to deliver impactful learning experiences across Wellpath.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain an electronic portal for onboarding training materials.

  • Provide access and training to key users on the curriculum portal.

  • Develop and update instructor-led and eLearning curriculum materials.

  • Create animated videos, edit video content, and build assessments for LMS modules.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and leaders to ensure effective instructional design.

Qualifications & Requirements

EDUCATION

  • Undergraduate or graduate level degree in I/O Psychology, Instructional Design, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of three years’ professional instructional design and/or project management experience, preferably in a healthcare-related field.

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS

  • None required.
