In this role, you will support our EPD functions—including Engineering, Product, Data and Design—by acting as a strategic advisor and hands-on partner to their leaders and teams. You will play a critical role in helping these organizations scale effectively, navigate change, and build high-performing, engaged teams aligned with Vercel’s culture and values.</p> <h2>What You Will Do:</h2> <ul> <li>Partner with EPD leadership to align people strategy with function and business objectives</li> <li>Partner closely on org design and talent reviews to assess whether the organization has the right people in the right roles and aligned to the highest-impact work.</li> <li>Support the development of high-performing teams by helping leaders grow and retain top talent while proactively addressing performance challenges.</li> <li>Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters, ensuring leaders feel supported, prepared, and confident in navigating difficult decisions and conversations.</li> <li>Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, diagnose challenges, and influence strategic decision-making.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with Recruiting, People Operations, and Learning &amp; Development to create a seamless and impactful employee experience.</li> </ul> <h2>About You:</h2> <ul> <li>7+ years of HRBP experience, ideally within a high-growth tech environment.</li> <li>Experience supporting GTM, EPD, or other corporate functions.</li> <li>Strong understanding of HR best practices across the employee lifecycle.</li> <li>Exceptional communication, influence, and relationship-building skills.</li> <li>Comfort operating in ambiguity and shifting fluidly between strategic and tactical work.</li> <li>High integrity, discretion, and emotional intelligence</li> </ul> <h2>Benefits:</h2> <ul> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Competitive compensation package, including equity.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Inclusive Healthcare Package.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Flexible Time Off.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.</li> </ul> <p><span data-sheets-root="1">The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $147,000 - $210,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role.
