Whether you're building on our platform, supporting our customers, or shaping our story: You can just ship things.</span></p></div><h2><strong>About the Role</strong></h2> <p>We're looking for a Product Lead to lead Product Management for v0. v0 is Vercel’s AI-powered generative UI product and you’ll own the product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy while building and managing a high-performing PM team.</p> <p>This is a leadership role that requires both strategic thinking and hands-on product work. You'll define where v0 goes next, how it integrates with the broader Vercel platform, and how we monetize it effectively.</p> <h2><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>Drive the v0 roadmap:</strong> Define product strategy, prioritize initiatives, and ship features that drive adoption and revenue</li> <li><strong>Engage with customers:</strong> Conduct user research, gather feedback, and translate insights into product decisions</li> <li><strong>Own cross-functional execution:</strong> Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Support to deliver outcomes</li> <li><strong>Represent v0 externally:</strong> Work with Marketing on positioning, launches, and customer communications</li> <li><strong>Determine pricing and packaging:</strong> Work with Vercel’s pricing team to develop pricing models and ensure v0 integrates seamlessly with Vercel's product suite</li> </ul> <h2><strong>About You</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Track record of excellence – winning competitions, founding companies, rapid promotions</li> <li>5+ years of product management experience</li> <li>Track record of shipping developer tools, AI products, or platforms at scale</li> <li>Experience owning pricing, packaging, and product-led growth strategies</li> <li>Background in Computer Science or Engineering roles</li> <li>Clear communicator who can align stakeholders and make decisions with incomplete information</li> <li>Familiarity with the frontend ecosystem and how developers build for the web</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Nice to Have</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Experience with AI/ML products or generative AI applications</li> <li>Background in design tools or creative software</li> <li>Previous experience at a high-growth infrastructure or developer tools company</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Why Vercel</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Competitive compensation including salary, equity, and benefits</li> <li>Work on a product at the intersection of AI and frontend development</li> <li>Join a team that values shipping, iteration, and customer obsession</li> </ul> <p class="text-copy-16 text-gray-900 [&amp;_b]:text-gray-1000 my-6 [&amp;_b]:font-semibold [&amp;_i]:not-italic">The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $286,000 - $384,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of New York, NY may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role.
