The role

You’ll be the technical lead for a major product area: shaping architecture, driving implementation, and delivering production-ready AI-native applications end-to-end. This is a role where you set the standard for engineering quality, velocity, and clarity.

If something is ambiguous, complex, or mission-critical, it lands on your desk.

What you’ll do

• Lead the architecture and delivery of a full-stack product vertical (backend + UI).
  
  


• Break down complex problems and drive them to production independently.
  
  


• Ship high-impact functionality quickly, then harden it for reliability and scale.
  
  


• Raise the bar for code quality, testing, observability, and performance.
  
  


• Mentor other engineers through design reviews, pairing, and technical guidance.
  
  


• Work closely with product, customers, and platform teams to define solutions that matter.
  
  

What you’ll bring (must-haves)

• 6+ years of experience building user-facing products end-to-end.
  
  


• Deep proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Vue/React, PostgreSQL (or other relational DB).
  
  


• Strong architectural instincts and the ability to design clean, scalable systems.
  
  


• Proven ability to take ownership of a problem from zero-to-one → production.
  
  


• Sharp communication, strong judgment, and fast learning ability.
  
  

Nice to have

• Experience integrating AI/LLM capabilities into production apps.
  
  


• Background in multi-tenant systems, performance tuning, or platform work.
