<div class="textLayer" data-main-rotation="0"><br>The Blockchain Intelligence team at TRM Labs is looking for an Intelligence Operations<br>contractor to manage projects that accelerate TRM’s collection of high-quality, actionable data.<br>You’ll play a critical coordination role at the intersection of intelligence research, contractor<br>management, and operations—helping translate analytical needs into well-executed workflows.</div>
<div class="textLayer" data-main-rotation="0"><br><strong>The impact you’ll have here</strong><br>● Collect and assess blockchain intelligence data by partnering with Intelligence team<br>members<br>● Recruit, train, and manage a global network of research contractors<br>● Create clear processes and expectations to ensure consistent, high-quality data<br>collection<br>● Monitor contractor performance and provide feedback, support, and optimization to<br>get the best results from a distributed team<br>● Ensure data collected by contractors is accurately and efficiently entered into internal<br>systems<br>● Act as a key operational connector between stakeholders and intelligence teams<br>What we’re looking for<br>● Strong organizational and people-management skills, with experience coordinating<br>contractors, vendors, or large distributed teams<br>● Background in operations, people ops, program coordination, or similar roles where<br>execution and follow-through are critical<br>● Excellent communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally<br>● High attention to detail and a bias toward building repeatable, scalable processes<br>● Self-starter mindset with the ability to operate independently in a fast-moving<br>environment<br>● Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools in order to create more efficient<br>processe</div>
