About this role

You’ll be telli’s first marketing hire, responsible for building and owning our growth engine from strategy to execution. You’ll partner with the founders to shape positioning, messaging, and the go-to-market across website, campaigns, and press. This role is core to telling telli’s story and driving early traction.

What youll do

  • Own and execute telli's inbound growth engine end-to-end and set strategy across all channels (SEO, paid, content, and product marketing)
  • Build repeatable marketing playbooks with an AI-automation-first approach
  • Track, measure, and report on all campaigns. Set KPIs, run experiments, iterate fast, and communicate results across the org
  • Translate what we’re building into language the market understands
  • Work closely with product and founders to shape how telli shows up, on the website, in campaigns, in the press
  • Own paid acquisition across channels (paid social, display, programmatic)
  • Research, plan, and execute SEO tactics, also with a focus on AI discoverability
  • Build and manage press relationships, pitch stories, handle media, turn product milestones into coverage
  • Constantly experiment with and find new channels

What telli is looking for

  • Experience as one of the first marketing hires or built the function from scratch at an early-stage company
  • Demonstrated ability to own inbound growth across multiple channels (SEO, paid, content, product marketing) and drive measurable results
  • Strong collaboration skills with product and leadership to craft market-facing messaging and positioning
  • Proficiency with a modern growth tech stack (analytics, CRM, automation, SEO tools, content platforms, PR tools)
  • Comfortable designing, running, and reporting experiments; data-driven with clear KPIs
  • Experience building and managing press relationships and turning product milestones into coverage
  • Appetite for AI-powered marketing and scalable playbooks
