Founding BDR
About this role
telli is seeking the founding BDR to be our first sales hire and the face of early customer acquisition. You’ll own pipeline development for a high-demand voice AI product, shape the sales playbook, and build the initial go-to-market engine that will scale with the team.
What youll do
- Generate qualified pipeline to help 10x telli’s revenue over the next year.
- Identify the right prospects and engage with them.
- Drive outreach across multiple channels including email, LinkedIn and phone.
- Build and manage relationships with customers.
- Manage pipeline and maintain CRM tooling.
- Shape telli’s GTM motion, build a repeatable sales process & refine outreach strategies.
What telli is looking for
- Experience in Sales or Business Development roles, preferably in early-stage environments like telli.
- Experience building a GTM motion and a repeatable sales process for a startup.
- Demonstrated ability to generate qualified pipeline and contribute to revenue growth.
- Proficiency with multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone) and CRM tooling.
- Strong CS fundamentals.
