Revenue Operations
About this role
This role is the first dedicated Revenue Operations hire at a growing company-wide revenue function, partnering with revenue leadership to design and operate systems that accelerate growth. You’ll own strategic projects, reporting, and the operational backbone across the full revenue cycle, enabling every revenue-facing team to be more effective.
What you'll do
- Partner with the Revenue Operations Lead and Managing Director Revenue to build and scale revenue systems.
- Lead strategic projects that reshape the sales motion and support enterprise and international expansion.
- Build and maintain the operational backbone from business development through AE pipeline, onboarding, and expansion.
- Own reporting and analytics to surface patterns and turn data into strategic decisions.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, business development, account executives, customer experience, and expansion teams to remove friction.
- Design enablement, AI tooling, and onboarding solutions that multiply team output.
- Work on-site in Munich (4+ days) and contribute to compensation and equity structures.
What Tacto Technology is looking for
- 1–2 years of relevant experience minimum, or 5+ years for senior roles, with demonstrated progression.
- Startup or high-growth experience where you built systems from zero (VC-backed, founder, or equivalent).
- Proven track record operating in demanding, ambiguous environments with high learning velocity.
- Strong systems-thinking and execution skills: you design structures and operationalize them yourself.
- Comfortable working directly with senior leadership (founders, managing directors, revenue leaders).
- Demonstrated extreme ownership and ego-free collaboration that raises team performance.
- Fluent in German and English and comfortable with fast-paced, Europe-focused cultural dynamics.
