Enterprise Account Executive
About this role
Tacto Technology is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to drive expansion into large, complex industrial organizations across Germany, focusing on turning strategic opportunities into signed contracts and repeatable enterprise motion. You'll work with C-level stakeholders in the industrial Mittelstand to demonstrate measurable business impact, shape cross-functional deal teams, and build repeatable processes that scale.
What you'll do
- Acquire new enterprise customers and manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial engagement through contract signature.
- Build and execute targeted account and pipeline strategies for a defined set of enterprise accounts.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, developing robust business cases that quantify ROI and strategic impact.
- Lead executive demos, workshops, negotiations, and navigate procurement and legal processes to drive deals to close.
- Refine messaging, positioning, and deal structuring to improve how Tacto wins enterprise customers.
- Collect and relay customer feedback and market insights to Product and Leadership to sharpen the enterprise offering.
- Coordinate across Product, Solution Engineering, Marketing, Customer Value, and Leadership to ensure successful deal execution.
- Contribute to building enterprise playbooks, processes, and best practices for upmarket motion.
- Leverage AI to research accounts, structure deals, prepare executive conversations, and manage complex pipelines efficiently.
What Tacto Technology is looking for
- 3+ years closing experience in B2B SaaS or complex enterprise software sales.
- Proven experience in value-based selling with business-case-driven deals (typical ACVs ~€80k+).
- Comfortable managing long sales cycles (6+ months) with multiple senior stakeholders, including C-level.
- Strong sales fundamentals and pragmatic use of methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN, SPICED).
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership of territory, pipeline, and outcomes; comfortable in ambiguous environments.
- Fluent German with strong executive presence in verbal and written communication.
- Experience selling into industrial, procurement, or supply-chain-heavy organizations is a strong plus.
- Startup experience or equivalent project complexity and high performance in demanding environments.
