What youll do
- Build and deliver new features to our customers.
- Improve the performance of our platform to enhance the user experience.
- Participate in discussions about the long-term architecture of Superchat.
- Shape internal development processes and best practices.
- Bring your own ideas to the table to help shape our product.
What Superchat is looking for
- Senior-level backend engineering experience with a track record delivering features end-to-end.
- Proficiency with AWS and Terraform for cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with AI libraries such as LangGraph.
- Strong PostgreSQL experience.
- Proficiency with Java and TypeScript.
- Experience with Quarkus or Spring Boot (alternative frameworks accepted).
- Industry experience building backend systems for scalable communications or messaging platforms.
- Strong CS fundamentals.
