About this role

Superchat is hiring a Head of Sales to lead and scale our inbound sales organization across multiple international markets. You’ll own the end-to-end performance of a ~25-person team, drive the move from an SMB focus to a scalable mid-market setup, and work cross-functionally to accelerate revenue and customer growth.

What you'll do

  • Own end-to-end responsibility for the inbound sales organization across multiple markets.
  • Lead and develop a team of around 25 Sales Manager:innen with a data-driven coaching approach.
  • Drive the strategic and operational transition from SMB-focused selling to a scalable Mid-Market model.
  • Monitor pipeline, forecasts, conversion rates, and deal cycles daily and translate insights into concrete actions.
  • Prioritize and support strategically important deals through to closing.
  • Challenge and optimize existing processes, funnel structures, and implement scalable standards.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success to steer holistic growth.
  • Make performance-focused decisions and set measurable targets for the team.

What Superchat is looking for

  • Several years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally with exposure to SMB and Mid-Market segments.
  • Proven track record of building or scaling sales processes, structures, and funnels.
  • Experience leading and developing sales teams at scale (managing similar-sized teams is a plus).
  • Structured, analytical, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Strong ownership mentality, proactive and entrepreneurial way of working.
  • Hands-on, pragmatic approach while retaining strong strategic capability.
  • Results- and impact-oriented mindset rather than activity-based management.
  • Fluent German and strong written and spoken English.
  • Availability for an on-site, full-time role.
