The Head of Sales in the Superchat Sales Team holds end-to-end responsibility for the inbound team, on-site and full-time, working to build strong relationships and create sustainable success. This role leads a team of around 25 Sales Managers and develops the business from an SMB focus to a scalable Mid-Market setup across three international markets. On a day-to-day basis, the role steers the entire inbound sales department across markets, analyzes the pipeline, forecasts, conversion rates and deal cycles, and derives concrete actions while prioritizing and guiding strategically important deals to closure. It also involves questioning existing processes, optimizing funnel structures and implementing scalable standards, in close collaboration with Marketing, RevOps and Customer Success to drive growth holistically. The position requires leading, coaching and developing Sales Managers in a data-driven, performance-oriented way.
