About this role

This role leads Superchat’s inbound revenue function and connects sales, marketing, RevOps, partners, and customer success into a single commercial engine during a critical growth phase. You will shape commercial strategy, forecasting, and scalable sales systems while coaching a team of Account Executives and partnering with the executive team to drive company-wide revenue outcomes.

What youll do

  • Lead the Inbound Sales department of ~25 Account Executives across multiple markets and act as the connective tissue across the wider revenue organization.
  • Own the commercial forecast and ensure pipeline health, conversion, deal cycle, and segment performance are accurate and actionable.
  • Translate commercial metrics into focused executive decisions and quarterly targets.
  • Sponsor strategically critical deals and engage personally where executive presence accelerates outcomes.
  • Design and continuously improve funnel structure, segmentation, and scalable sales standards across the organization.
  • Lead, coach, and develop Account Executives through structured 1:1s, performance calibration, and clear career frameworks.
  • Partner with the CEO and executive team on commercial strategy, org design, and headcount planning.
  • Establish disciplined forecasting cadences, quota models, and performance frameworks that drive predictable growth.

What Superchat is looking for

  • 7+ years in B2B SaaS with significant time at Head of/Director/VP level leading revenue-generating organizations at meaningful scale.
  • Proven experience unifying Sales, Partner, Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success into one coherent revenue engine.
  • Track record of stewarding a sales or revenue organization through scaling phases and building scalable commercial systems.
  • Strong SMB to Mid-Market fluency with an understanding of economics, velocity, and deal quality trade-offs.
  • Strategic, data-driven operator who runs the organization against the numbers and translates company objectives into sales motions.
  • Fluent English; German language skills are a plus.
  • On-site, full-time availability to lead and collaborate across the organization.
