Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer customer questions on all ecommerce sites to include ebay, amazon, backmarket, and shopify in both our CA and NC locations (Job will be in CA warehouse).
- Handle all physical returns to check for quality/accuracy and refund as needed
- Sending/combining daily invoices
- Approving cancellations and working with shipping team to make sure they are not shipped before approving
Qualifications
EDUCATION AND/OR WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Ability to type 60+ WPM
- Excellent grammar
- Research skills
- Knowledge of our products (we will train the right person)
- Will report directly to the lead
- If time permits, handle other special projects from the lead
