About this role
Solea is hiring a Full-Stack Engineer to build the AI-powered back-office automation platform for home services companies. You’ll influence the end-to-end workflow—from customer outreach to scheduling, technician assignment, and logging—ensuring a seamless, automated experience. This is a fully remote role on a growing team delivering AI-driven solutions to the home services industry.
What youll do
- Build and maintain full-stack features using TypeScript, React, Python, and FastAPI.
- Develop customer-facing interfaces and internal tools for scheduling, routing, and workflow automation.
- Integrate with third-party systems (CRMs, dispatching tools, phone/messaging APIs).
- Design and implement APIs and backend services that power real-time AI automation.
- Work closely with the founding team to prioritize features and ship rapidly.
What Solea is looking for
- 2+ years of software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in TypeScript/React and Python/FastAPI.
- Experience working in an early-stage startup (seed-funded, small team) environment (1-10 employees).
- Very product/customer minded.
- Strong CS fundamentals.
- Interest in AI, automation, and the home services industry is a plus.
