About the Role
Solea is hiring a Full-Stack Engineer to build the AI-powered back-office automation platform for home services companies. When a customer reaches out, Solea answers, schedules the job, assigns the right technician, and logs everything in the system. You will be central to making this work seamlessly.
What You Will Do
- Build and maintain full-stack features using TypeScript, React, Python, and FastAPI
- Develop customer-facing interfaces and internal tools for scheduling, routing, and workflow automation
- Integrate with third-party systems (CRMs, dispatching tools, phone/messaging APIs)
- Design and implement APIs and backend services that power real-time AI automation
- Work closely with the founding team to prioritize features and ship rapidly
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in full-stack development
- Proficiency in TypeScript, React, Python, and FastAPI
- Experience with API design, database management, and cloud infrastructure
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to own projects end-to-end
- Interest in AI, automation, and the home services industry is a plus
This is a fully remote role.
