We combine expert-verified virtual inspections with draw management software to streamline localized construction and homebuilding — and it's working. Over $3B in draws processed across more than 30,000 projects, more than a third of the top 50 private lenders on our platform, and we're profitable — throwing off extra cash. Post-PMF, seed stage in headcount but much more of an emerging company in terms of business and operations. 100% US-based team across four time zones (core hours skew Boulder to California).

The problem: Every time a flipper, builder, or developer needs money released from a construction loan, the process is slow, manual, and expensive. Inspections take days. Paperwork piles up. Draws that should take hours take 3–7 days to get critical cash to jobsites — and when the cash doesn't show up, contractors wander off to other jobs while they wait. Sitewire fixes this. Licensed GCs and with AI review verified borrower media, and our platform handles approval workflows, budget tracking, permit validation, and AI-based risk reporting. Same-day draws, full transparency.

The role: You'll be our first dedicated marketer, building tSitewire turns construction loan draws from a multi-day headache into a same-day process. We combine expert-verified virtual inspections with draw management software to streamline construction and fix-and-flip lending — and it's working. Over $3B in draws processed across more than 30,000 projects, more than a third of the top 50 private lenders on our platform, and we're profitable — throwing off extra cash. Post-PMF, seed stage in headcount but much more of an emerging company in terms of business and operations. 100% US-based team across four time zones (core hours skew Boulder to California). Build the entire function from scratch and reporting directly to the CEO. You'll own event marketing (trade shows, local happy hours, and speaking events across multiple cities), social media and content strategy, influencer and referral network development, database marketing, and product marketing. You'll market to two distinct audiences: private lenders and institutional credit on one side, and real estate investors, flippers, and small builders on the other. Early on, you'll partner with our sales person on calls and at tradeshows — learning personas firsthand and understanding how the business works from the ground up. That's how you'll build the instinct to market effectively in the heavily relationship-based world of real estate. If you've ever wanted to put your fingerprints on an entire company's go-to-market and build a real flywheel — this is that job.

What we're looking for: A versatile marketer (minimum 5 years of experience in B2B software and services) who thrives when there's a new playbook to invent. You've worked at a startup or small company where you wore multiple hats and figured things out. You know how to build awareness and pipeline simultaneously — social, content, events, demand gen — and you have the instinct to build influencer and referral networks from nothing. Experience in real estate, construction, or lending is a meaningful edge but not required. This is a heavily connected industry, networked at the metro level (think NBA cities) — so you'll be on the road periodically for one-day conferences and conceiving and executing local events. Over time, you'd become an industry figure and a public face of Sitewire.
