Founders Associate

Founders Associate at simon&co is an early-stage, high-ownership role supporting the founder in client delivery, operations, and growth initiatives at a small automation agency. You’ll move fast, own key parts of client projects and internal programs, and learn how modern B2B growth operates from close up. This seat offers real ownership, cross-functional impact, and rapid learning.

What youll do

• Own parts of client projects, including research, Clay builds, workflow setup, and QA.
• Manage operations including proposals, invoicing, documentation, and tool management.
• Dig into markets, competitors, and new opportunities to shape what we offer and who we offer it to.
• Help validate, build, and launch the GTM Career Accelerator.
• Turn learnings into content that builds our reputation.

What simon&co is looking for

• 1+ years of experience in a business role (sales, marketing, GTM, or similar).
• Familiarity with Clay, n8n, or Make is a bonus (we'll teach you).
• Comfortable with Notion, Google Workspace, and Slack.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Experience or exposure to GTM strategy, RevOps, or related product development for B2B SaaS.
• Strong fundamentals from a rigorous field (e.g., CS, business) and the ability to think clearly and structure problems without over-engineering.
• German is a strong plus — most clients are DACH-based.
• A track record of shipping something (a side project, student org, startup, or internship) that proves you take initiative.
