⚒️ The Role: Right Hand to the Founder
You're not here to "support." You're here to **own**.
**The Why:** Every hour I spend on ops, admin, or context-switching is an hour not spent on clients, partnerships, or building new things. You give me that time back — and you grow fast in the process.
**The Work (High & Low):**
- **Client Delivery:** Own parts of client projects — research, Clay builds, workflow setup, QA. You'll touch real GTM problems every week. - **Operations:** Keep the machine running. Proposals, invoicing, documentation, tool management. Build systems so things don't fall through cracks. - **Research & Strategy:** Dig into markets, competitors, and new opportunities. Help shape what we offer and who we offer it to. - **Product Development:** We're exploring a GTM Career Accelerator. You'll help validate, build, and launch it. - **Content & Visibility:** When you learn something worth sharing, help turn it into content that builds our reputation.

- **Founder Leverage:** I spend less time on noise and more time on what matters. You made that happen. - **Reliability:** When you own something, it's owned. No chasing, no reminders, no dropped balls. - **Systemization:** You don't just do the work — you make the work easier to repeat next time. - **Growth:** You're visibly better at GTM, automation, and business after 3 months than when you started.

→ **You've built something.** A side project, a student org, a failed startup, a scrappy internship where you did way more than your title. Something that proves you ship.
→ **You're a driver, not a passenger.** You don't wait for instructions. You see a gap, you fill it. You own your mistakes and fix them.
→ **You're rigorous but fast.** You studied something hard (BWL, Computer Science, whatever). You can think clearly and structure problems — but you don't over-engineer.
→ **You're low-ego and high-output.** You'll draft a client proposal and fix a broken Notion database in the same afternoon. No task is beneath you.
→ **You communicate directly.** No fluff, no filler, no "just circling back." You say what you mean and you write clearly.
📋 The Non-Negotiables
- Fluent English (written and spoken) - German is a strong plus — most clients are DACH-based - Comfortable with Notion, Google Workspace, Slack - Familiarity with Clay, n8n, or Make is a bonus (we'll teach you) - Timezone overlap ideally with GMT +/- 3hrs
