This role ensures products, especially for automotive and EMS sectors, meet high quality and reliability standards by managing quality systems compliance, overseeing production quality assurance, and serving as the primary quality contact for customers regarding complaints and approvals. The engineer will also drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance process efficiency and reduce defects.
