We are currently seeking a skilled HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our Orlando team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on maintenance experience who takes pride in quality work, safety, and customer service.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of HVAC maintenance experience
- Experience performing routine maintenance, including:
- Duct cleaning
- Filter changes
- Coil cleaning
- System inspections and tune-ups
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (including THC)
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on residential and/or commercial HVAC systems
- Complete duct cleaning to improve system efficiency and indoor air quality
- Troubleshoot minor issues and document maintenance findings
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment at all job sites
- Provide courteous, professional service to customers
