Role overview
In the role of Senior Concept Designer you will be part of the Brand Agency within the Brand & Concepts team, working closely with Concept Designers, Art Directors and Concept Writers. This role carries accountability for creative brand direction and is accountable for translating brand modules into high-quality design output, with a strong focus on graphic-driven brand direction.
This is a combined role at the intersection of design excellence and art direction thinking, where you have a supportive role for all projects non-commercial brand related, brand direction and internal creative project roll out.
You contribute at an art direction level to concept development and productions. supporting Art Directors throughout both pre- and post-production. You work closely with them on set, and play a supportive role in shaping and safeguarding the overall visual quality of the brand.
This role is accountable for delivering high-quality graphic and print brand layouts, while also leading creative non-commercial concepts, visual storytelling, and art direction for internal campaigns, lifestyle shoots, and smaller productions.

Location and working conditions
This role is based at our Central Head Office (Herengracht) in Amsterdam. While flexible working is possible, we value strong on-site collaboration to align quickly and work effectively across teams. Because we believe in the power of connection with ourselves, each other and the world around us, we work 80 percent from the office and 20 percent from home.
