Founding Engineer

At Resonate AI, we help healthcare practices generate significant revenue. Our first AI product captures missed opportunities like after-hour calls, engages with patients and books them. In last 2 months, we have closed seven-figure pilots and growing 70% month over month. We have recently raised funding from great investors and now looking for our #1 and #2 Founding Engineers.

What You'll Do

• Take full ownership of building great conversational AI experiences to produce reliable customer outcomes.

• You will build the platform from the ground up: architecting, building, and deploying our product to customers.

• Solve complex AI workflows related to conversations. The best candidate thrives on solving highly technical challenges, delivering fast and high quality solutions.

What You Need

• Winning Mindset and Attitude: A winning mindset with a relentless drive to succeed. Startups are hard, and thus willingness to go the extra mile is essential. This is not 9-5 job, we have to work hard and smart.

• Proven Track Record with more focus on Back end: Demonstrated success in shipping high-quality products and features at scale. Architect and develop back-end and front end systems.

• Backend: NodeJS using NestJS framework

• Frontend: React with NextJS, TailwindCSS

• Obsession for Growth: Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, continuously learn, and master your craft. You believe you are in the top 0.1% of engineers or can be in the top 0.1% if given the opportunity.

• Bonus Points: Previous founder experience.
